Privacy and KVKK Notice

The data controller is İbrahim Furkan Yılmaz (an individual). You can reach me at info@if-ies.com or through the contact page.

PDF, Excel or Word files you upload to these tools and SİS pages you paste are read only in your own browser. They are never sent to a server, to me or to any third party, so I do not process them.

• checkFrom the curriculum status document only courses, letter grades, GPA and total ECTS are read; your name, student number and national ID number are not read.
• checkYour selections and the information read are kept only in this device's browser storage (localStorage) so you can continue where you left off. I have no access to them.
• checkYou can delete them at any time with the remove and clear buttons in the tools or by clearing the site data in your browser.

If you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed only so that I can reply to you. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller in answering your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

The form is delivered to my inbox through the email service EmailJS, whose servers may be located abroad. Your information is not used for any other purpose, sold or shared; it is kept as long as the conversation requires and then deleted.

If you send an email from the request and suggestion box in the tools, your email address and message are used for the same purpose.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how often pages are visited and how fast they load. This measurement uses no cookies, does not identify you personally and is only seen as aggregate statistics. The purpose is to improve the site's operation and speed (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, when you open a page your IP address and browser details may be processed briefly in the provider's server logs to keep the site secure and running. Vercel's servers may be located abroad.

Fonts and icons are served from the site itself; no requests are sent to third-party font services.

No advertising, marketing or tracking cookies are used. Only what the site needs to work is used, and it stays on your device:

• checkNEXT_LOCALE cookie: your chosen language (Turkish or English).
• checkBrowser storage: your theme preference, your work in the course schedule tools and whether you have seen the guided tour.

Under Article 11 of KVKK you can contact me to:

• checklearn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is,
• checklearn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• checkknow the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• checkrequest correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion or destruction under Art. 7 and request that these actions be notified to recipients,
• checkobject to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• checkclaim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
