My Journey:
Forging Ideas into Reality
From simple childhood experiments to building cross-platform apps and scalable e-commerce systems. This is the story of turning abstract ideas into tangible products, navigating the harsh realities of business, and using technology to make a genuine impact.
The Early Days
My engineering journey began long before I touched a keyboard—it started with scissors, glue, and boundless curiosity. It all took shape in 2014, back in elementary school, when I built a time machine out of cardboard. As the years passed, my urge to create took on a much more technical dimension. In middle school, I began turning theory into practice by designing a solar-powered hat to charge a phone. By high school, working on robotic arm and drone projects taught me the discipline of building systems from scratch and blending mechanics with logic. This adventure—sparked by imagination, developed through practical solutions, and deepened by robotics—naturally led me to Computer Engineering. It wasn't a coincidence; it was my drive to keep building my own "time machines" by harnessing the immense power of hardware and software.
University Years @ AGÜ
My journey at Abdullah Gül University didn't follow a traditional script. After some setbacks that extended my English prep year by an extra year, I came face-to-face with the financial realities of life. This sparked my entrepreneurial drive, leading me to found "Canım Bebem," an e-commerce brand in the baby products sector, where I applied my tech skills to design and launch our web platform. After finally clearing my language courses, I entered my major with a new perspective: learning engineering hand-in-hand with AI. The release of GPT-4 in April 2023 was a massive turning point, accelerating my workflow and helping me adapt to more stable AI models. Currently, as an active sophomore, I’m deeply focused on my computer engineering projects—feel free to explore them in the "Works" section. And yes... that time machine will be built.
Venturing into Entrepreneurship
My entrepreneurial journey wasn't about fancy investor pitches; it was born out of reality. Building my e-commerce brand, "Canım Bebem," from the ground up taught me the harsh mechanics of business—from managing customer returns to designing the storefront. That same "zero-to-one" drive now fuels my software projects. Whether I'm developing a medication tracking app like Sagun or an appointment system for a local business, I've learned one absolute truth: the most elegant code in the world only matters if it solves a real human problem.
