LexiFlow Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your LexiFlow user account and all associated personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Email:
Send an email to info@if-ies.com with the subject line "LexiFlow Account Deletion Request" and include your registered account email address.
Contact Form:
Submit your deletion request directly through our [Contact] page.
What Happens to Your Data?
Upon receiving your request, the following actions will be taken within our systems:
- Your user profile, email address, and authentication data will be permanently deleted.
- All personal records, progress, and settings created within the app will be erased.
- (If applicable) Due to legal and tax obligations, only your invoice and in-app purchase history may be securely retained in an anonymized format for the required statutory periods.
