Sayılı Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Sayılı mobile app ("App") processes, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. Data controller: İbrahim Furkan Yılmaz (IF-ies), Kayseri, Türkiye. Contact: info@if-ies.com
1. Data we process
Sayılı can be used without an account; in that case everything you enter is stored only on your phone. If you wish, you can sign in with Google to back up your data to an account that only you can access. Signing in is required when buying Sayılı Plus, so your purchase and your data can move with you to a new phone.

By adding other people's names you confirm you do so with their knowledge. On share cards the person's name is hidden by default.
2. Legal basis
Performance of the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5/2-c), including the optional backup; your consent for ad personalization and notifications, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Service providers
Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): Google sign-in and backup. Data is stored in Europe (eur3), encrypted in transit and at rest; security rules allow only the account owner to read or write it.
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: ads and ad consent in the free version.
RevenueCat: validating Sayılı Plus purchases (user ID and purchase record).
Google Play / Apple App Store: payments. Your card details never reach us.
Your data is never sold and is not shared with anyone other than the providers above.
4. Retention and deletion
Data on your phone stays until you delete it; you can delete a person in the app or uninstall the app. If you signed in, Settings → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account and the entire backup. If you can't access the app, follow the steps at if-ies.com/en/sayili/hesap-silme or write to info@if-ies.com; requests are completed within 30 days.
5. About the estimates
The numbers in the App are statistical estimates based on general World Health Organization life tables. They are not exact, don't account for personal circumstances and must not be used for any medical, legal or financial decision. No health information is requested or processed.
6. Your rights
To exercise your rights under the GDPR and KVKK (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), write to info@if-ies.com. You can also correct and delete data directly in the App.
7. Children
The App is not designed for children under 13.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
