PayDas Terms of Use

Service. PayDas is a tool for groups of friends to record and settle shared costs on trips, events and meet-ups. The app does not transfer money; payments are made through your bank and only recorded in the app.

People and data. You are responsible for adding other people's names with their knowledge and for the accuracy of what you enter.

Calculations. Splits, currency conversion and balances are based on the data and exchange rates you enter. The app is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Premium and Trip Pass. Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription; it is charged unless cancelled before the trial ends. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase for a single event. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play or App Store rules. Prices are shown in the store.

Ads. The free version shows ads; you can manage ad consent in the app.

Misuse. Trying to access other people's data without permission, reverse engineering the app or adding unlawful content is prohibited.

Liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for disputes between group members or losses caused by data entry.
