Required courses
Type the courses you must take. If you must take one course from a group, end it with XX: GLB3XX means one of the courses starting with GLB3. If a course has several sections the fitting one is picked automatically; to force a section type e.g. MATH151(2). With a curriculum uploaded you can add your term in one click.
Elective groups
Add one group for each elective you want to take. A "From specific courses" group only picks from courses matching your pattern (like COMP4XX). A "From any course" group picks from every course that doesn't match the other groups or your required courses; you can exclude departments.

How do I build my AGU course schedule?expand_more
On SİS (sis.agu.edu.tr) open Genel İşlemler, Bölüm Ders Programı, pick your term and year, download the report as PDF and upload it here. Type your required courses (e.g. MATH301, GLB3XX) and elective groups (e.g. COMP4XX); the planner ranks every clash-free schedule for you.
When is AGU course registration for Fall 2026-2027?expand_more
3rd and 4th years register on 21 September 2026, 1st and 2nd years on 22 September and all years on 23 September, from 10:00 on SİS. Add-drop is on 25-26 September and classes start on 28 September 2026. Fees are paid between 18 and 23 September.
How many ECTS can I take per semester at AGU?expand_more
Under the regulation the normal load is 32 ECTS. Students with a GPA of at least 2.30 can take up to 38 ECTS, and those with at least 2.70 up to 45 ECTS, on request with advisor approval. Students on probation are limited to 30 ECTS.
What if my elective is in another year's timetable?expand_more
Change the year on SİS (e.g. 4th year), download that timetable too or paste its table, and add it as a second source. Everything is merged into one course pool and duplicate courses are counted once.
Can I take courses that clash?expand_more
At AGU two courses may overlap by at most 1 hour, and more may be possible with the instructor's approval. Choose an "Allowed clashes" value and the planner also shows clashing schedules, marking the overlapping hours in red.
How can I check my ECTS load?expand_more
Upload your department's curriculum file (Word, PDF or Excel) and pick your term. The planner compares your schedule's total ECTS with the term load and the regulation limit, and shows how many more ECTS you can take.
Can I see instructors on my schedule?expand_more
Yes. Copy the table from the SİS page and use "Paste from SİS" to bring in instructors and lab hours automatically, or type them for each course. Instructors appear in the PNG, PDF and Excel downloads.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?expand_more
No. Files are processed entirely in your browser and stored only on this device; nothing is uploaded to a server.
