Cancellation and refund terms for "Buy me a coffee" payments.
info1. General
A Buy me a coffee pack is a personal digital supporter card delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed. As intangible goods delivered instantly, there is no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ)).
currency_exchange2. When a refund is given
The payment is refunded to the card used in these cases:
- checkThe same payment was taken more than once by mistake (duplicate payment),
- checkAn obvious error such as a wrong amount,
- checkAn unauthorised payment made by someone other than the cardholder.
send3. How and when
Email info@if-ies.com within 14 days of payment with the order number (starting with KHV) and payment details. Approved refunds are started through PayTR within 14 days; the time it takes to appear on the card depends on the bank.
cancel4. Incomplete payment
If you leave the payment page or the payment fails, nothing is charged to your card and you do not need to do anything.
