The person who enters their name, email, phone and address in the payment form. The invoice uses the invoice details if given, otherwise the buyer's name.

A "Buy me a coffee" pack is a personal digital supporter card: a PNG image showing the name chosen by the buyer, the number of coffees in the pack (or the amount for a custom amount), the date and the order number. The card is delivered to the buyer on the thank you page as soon as the payment is confirmed and can be downloaded again from the same link. If the buyer wishes, the name on the card, their message and an optional photo are published on the Supporters wall on the /destekciler page after the seller's approval; the buyer can withdraw from this at any time, and the seller may at any time, without giving a reason, decline to publish, shorten, edit or remove the name, message and photo on the wall. The wall is a free extra of the pack; not publishing, editing or removing it does not require a refund. The price is used to develop and maintain the free student tools on if-ies.com. No physical product is shipped.

The price is the amount chosen by the buyer on the payment page: a package (1 coffee: 100 TL, 3 coffees: 250 TL, 5 coffees: 400 TL) or an amount between 42 TL and 42,000 TL typed by the buyer. Taxes are included; no extra fee is charged.

Payment is made by debit or credit card, in a single payment, on the secure payment page of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Card details are never passed to or stored by the seller.

The service is deemed performed electronically and instantly when PayTR confirms the payment. A thank you page is shown after payment.

An e-Archive invoice is issued and sent to the buyer's email. If a consumer does not share their national ID number, 11111111111 is used on the invoice.

Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment. The buyer accepts this by ticking the consent box on the payment page.

Complaints can be sent to info@if-ies.com. Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them, have jurisdiction.

The agreement is concluded when the buyer confirms having read this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form and completes the payment. A copy is emailed on request.
