The OneDrive your school gives you

Your AGU email is also your Microsoft 365 account: the same email and password you use for Outlook signs you in to OneDrive. No setup or payment needed. You can see your storage under Settings > Storage in OneDrive.

computerUpload and share from a computer

  1. 1Go to office.com or outlook.office.com and sign in with your AGU email and password.
  2. 2Open OneDrive from the nine-dot app launcher at the top left.
  3. 3Use + Add new / New > Folder to create a folder named after the course, e.g. "AGU Notes / COMP303".
  4. 4Inside it choose Upload > Files (or Folder). PDF, Word, PowerPoint or photos all work; drag and drop works too.
  5. 5Right-click the folder (or a single file) > Share. In link settings pick "People in Abdullah Gül University", keep "Can view" and Apply.
  6. 6Copy the link.
  7. 7In the Notes Archive open Add note: pick the course, title and type, paste the link, optionally add a label (e.g. "Week 1-7 slides") and Share.

lightbulbShare the folder instead of single files and anything you add later shows up under the same link; no need to edit the note.

FAQ

Why not upload the file to the site?expand_more

The file stays in your account: update or delete it any time and nobody keeps a copy. The site only stores the link.

People say the link doesn't open. What now?expand_more

Check that sharing is set to "People in Abdullah Gül University". The viewer must be signed in with their school account in the browser; personal Microsoft accounts won't work.

If I update my notes, does the link change?expand_more

No. Replace the file in OneDrive; the link stays the same.

What happens after I graduate?expand_more

When your school account closes, your OneDrive files and links stop working. To keep your notes alive, move them to Google Drive before graduating and update the link in your note.

What shouldn't I share?expand_more

Copyrighted textbook PDFs, other people's personal data and anything shared during an exam. See the community rules. Community rules
